Flank steak is truly one of those beef cuts that goes underappreciated by most because most simply haven't had the chance to enjoy one. Give this short video a watch, do it yourself at home and then thank me later!
It's a simple recipe that combines 3 tablespoons of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce. Then add 2 tablespoons of dijon mustard and minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce and a teaspoon of black pepper. Mix that all up and allow your flank steak to marinade at least two hours but up too 24 hours in the refrigerator. Then cook it on the grill! I'd recommend grilling it to a medium-rare finish but that's certainly up to you. Enjoy!
