For a limited time you can have your choice of ¼ lb ground beef patties, arm roasts, canoe cut bones, chislic, chuck roasts, eye of round medallions, sirloin tip roasts or tenderized round steak for $4.50/lb plus tax.  There's a minimum 25 lb order and it must be picked up at the ranch or other arrangements made with us.  We will not ship this beef.  You may mix and match any of these cuts to put together your 25 lb minimum purchase.
